Exchanges and Returns

Ensuring a great relationship with visitors, a  XXX created the Exchange and Returns Policy for purchased products, which is in accordance with o Consumer Protection Code

1. Product exchange or return

Send an email to store@. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

B. Deadline for requesting an exchange or return

The exchange must be requested by the Call Center within 07 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

w. Product conditions for exchanges and returns

The product to be returned or exchanged must be without signs of use and be sent in its packaging, without any intervention that implies in depreciation of the part, accompanied by labels, tags, all accessories, as well as accompanied by its invoice and other elements to accompany you. If it does not comply with the above conditions, it will be returned to the buyer without prior notice.

The product may be exchanged for a) a model equal to the purchase, changing the size, without charging a new freight; or b) for a coupon in the same value as the product(s) exchanged for use in any purchase on within 60 days of its issue. XXXXX does not guarantee the availability of the product you wish to exchange or reserve.

After contacting our Call Center, simply send the product in its original packaging to the address: Rua XXX Zip Code: XXX.

The customer will be responsible for returning the product, including shipping.

The refund of values or the exchange of defective products will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the same(s) by the Quality Control sector. The product will be returned to the customer without replacement or indemnity right when there are the following disapproval items:

    •   _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Indicates of inappropriate use of the product;
    •   _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Evidence of accidental damage or caused during assembly;
    •   _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Natural wear and tear as a result of use;

After the approval of the Quality Control, the a) shipment of the new product will be released; or b) exchange coupon; or c) reversal of money.

It is the responsibility of the customer to bear the amounts related to the shipment of parts in other exchanges.



2. Refund of amounts paid in case of product return

The refund of the amount will be made by reversing/cancelling the transaction with the debit or credit card company. You will be able to see this transaction on the following invoice or on the second month following receipt of the product at our Distribution Center, depending on the due date of your invoice.

We remind you that for products where there was a promotional discount, the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded, not the original value of the product.


3. Product refusal

You must immediately notify the Relationship Center, refusing to receive the product, in the event of any of the following situations:

The. Withdrawal (regret) of the purchase;

B. Opened or damaged packaging;

w. Defective product;

d. Product not in accordance with the order;


4. Withdrawal (regret) of the purchase

If you regret your purchase, you may receive a refund or reversal of the transaction if the product:

The. It was received no more than 7 calendar days ago;

B. Does not show signs of use;

w. Be forwarded in its original packaging;

d. Be accompanied by your invoice;


5. Defective product

XXXX offers a 30-day exchange guarantee on all its products. If you receive a product with a fault or defect and you have not used it, notify the Call Center within that period and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
