We specialize in motorcycle customization and restoration. We appreciate the design, comfort and freedom that motorcycles provide us, unifying all our style with the personal taste of each client, we are currently headquartered in Belo Horizonte - MG.

How do projects work?

• All of our projects are made to order and the completion period is 120 to 180 days.

 

A brief explanation of what we do, each item being a separate package, you hire customization and the rest are optional:

• Customization

  • It is the main process of our projects, this is where the modifications and creations of the entire motorcycle take place.

  • The customization service is contracted separately from the other services.

• Restoration

  • It is the process of cleaning, painting, galvanizing and chroming parts, screws, changing tires, aligning and painting wheels, accessories and finishes.

• Revision

  • At this stage, everything is checked, electrical, engine, replacement of wear parts and so on.

  • Replacement of cables, bearings, pads, bushings, retainers, wear parts, electrical, etc.;

• Documentation

  • Simple transfer process or legalization;

• Advice

  • Motorcycle purchase, if applicable;

  • Support in the execution of remote projects;

• Parts and Accessories

  • We deliver parts on orders throughout Brazil.

  • Orders are placed exclusively via Instagram @deka.parts

 

Are the motorcycles new or pre-owned or can any motorcycle be customized?

1. We can customize in both states of use.

2. We have to evaluate it and which project it intends to execute.

How is the delivery carried out?

1. Withdrawal at Deka Custom Machine, free of charge;

2. Delivery via carrier throughout Brazil, shipping on behalf of the buyer + fixed costs of 300.00 for packaging;

3. Delivery by our team in some states of Brazil, shipping on behalf of the buyer.

• If the carrier does not route from your city, delivery may take place in the nearest city served by the carrier. (Ex: in the Amazon region there are cities that access is exclusive via boat).

 

Payment methods?

• Bank transfer;

• PIX;

• Credit Card up to 12 installments with card operator fees.

In both forms, payment is divided into steps:

1. Entry: 50% of the amount after signing the contract;

2. 10% when transferring the motorcycle (Detran inspection) or 30 days after performing the services;

3. 10% after 60 days of execution of the services;

4. 30% remaining upon delivery of the motorcycle.

Or according to negotiation between the parties.

 

How is the documentation, are they all legal?

• If it is the customer's wish, it is possible to legalize some changes to the motorcycle in accordance with current law.

• Separate costs directly to the dispatcher responsible for the procedures.

• According to the current law, some changes are not allowed, others do not exist prohibition or authorization.

• Deka Customs has no connection with any Detran, Inmetro or body related to documentation.

 

Do I need to own a motorcycle to customize? I want a complete package with a Suzuki Intruder 125cc or another motorcycle model, is it possible?

• As a rule, no, especially if it is a Suzuki Intruder 125 or Zero KM motorcycles, in these two cases we can intermediate the purchase of the same.

• If it is another semi-new model, it is necessary to evaluate the project and the desired motorcycle, with this we can intermediate the purchase or not.

• Intermediation costs aside, towing the motorcycle to the workshop, displacements, etc.

• We can intermediate the same, if the seller is from BH or metropolitan area.

• The payment will be made directly to the third party seller, all with our support and approval of the chosen model.

• The cost of support when purchasing a motorcycle is R$897.00.

 

What is the investment in a complete project with the motorcycle included?

At the moment we do not provide complete projects with our own motorcycles.

What can vary in the customization value?

• Mechanical and electrical restoration;

• Aesthetic restoration;

• Revision;

• Engine rebuild;

• Tank change;

• Changing wheels;

• Type of chassis changes;

• Wider tires;

• Front exchange;

• Tanks with various colors;

• Legalization;

• Others.
